We wasnt even aware that there was 2 types of caravans .. privately owned ones and haven ones.. when actually booking through the haven website the downside of being allocated a private one, the (owners dont bother paying for for things like decent mattresses and decent furnishings) even a member of staff told us she would only stay in a Haven caravan not a privately owned one as owners do not spend money on the upkeep of them !
